The a double room room was included with sufficient space, a realistic rain shower. Excellent and particularly good location, it was not far from Valledupar for business or pleasure, a mall, which has a grocery and downtown.

The service is superb, includes easy to access parking. Its location is magnificent & particularly good, really close to public transportation and malls, supermarket, banks, and the far mountains.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, making it easy to access a variety of amenities and stores. It's really close to a mall, so you have everything you need just steps away. Additionally, the rooms are neatly organized and the bathrooms have a realistic rain shower. The staff treats you like family, always friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offers a great variety of options and the flavored water in the lobby is a nice touch.

There have been some issues with the service, as mentioned by some guests. It seems that the staff may sometimes forget about requests and it can take multiple people to get something resolved.

The hotel had a magnificent position, to the mountains of la Sierra Nevada. And it was also adjacent to Valledupar in the month of February 2016 due to a family emergency, a shopping mall, and public transportation and malls, supermarket, banks.

The hotel staff was a bit rude.

The room had a spacious layout, a large TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant offered delicious meals, perfect for late arrivals. The Colombian-style breakfast had a good variety of options including arepas and fresh fruit. The pool had a nice size and provided towels with a great view of the hills. The location was convenient, being situated within a shopping center, eliminating the need for transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Clean place with exceptionally nice and very polite staff and nice view to the mountains of la Sierra Nevada. Tidy and luxurious rooms, had a very good stay for a business trip.

The hotel was special with lots of well-equipped rooms. What a really helpful and excellent staff.

A bit rude staff!

A very nice surprise

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Colombia. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent. The only drawback was that room service wasn't available after 11:00 PM, but the minibar snacks were a tasty alternative. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and surprising experience.

Location: the hotel was near to Valledupar in the month of February 2016 due to a family emergency and downtown and the far mountains. We had a good stay in our extremely spacious room with a view. The staff was courteous - we would stay here again.
